Alleged unauthorized account tampering.

After seeing unauthorized deductions from my banking account
I found it necessary to remove all access (which was previously granted) from my banking account.
The STAFF member of Nedbank still managed to tamper and withdraw cash from my account due to internal procedural systems .
After speaking to the branch manager who advised the only way to stop this internal back door was to speak to the person and have her remove me from her profile which I did and received no response other than comments on what was happening with my account balances etc of etc.
I was advised by Nedbank lay a complaint with forensics department , which was done on the 11.10.2015.
I have subsequently asked for feedback and was advised a investigator will get back to me.
I asked for a ref number to track the complaint ( no response)
It's almost a month since my complaint to forensics and even longer since the branch manager responded with the advise to escalate to forensics. As far as I am aware my account remains vulnerable what do I need to do?
I have concerns with regards to the interest the bank has about complaints to be honest.
