Alleged account with Nedbank in 2012 and I am being harnessed in 2020???

Apparently I had an personal loan account a few years back. According to me this account has since be prescribed. According to act 68 of 1969. What info I could gather from Bankcol, which the account has been handed over to, there was a judgement obtained against my name 2018/01/12. The account was allegedly opened in 2012. So as to my understanding what act 68 of 1969 state : a creditor must interrupt prescription by instituting proceedings against a debtor before the end of the 3 year period, which clearly was not done. So as a matter of that, this account is Prescribed. If you disagree with me, please forward me proof of this. I am now fed up with calls being made to me in this regard. You can not hand over a account to Bank Col and think I will be afraid. Since 2012 to, as per Bank Col, February 2020, that is 8 years still keep me liable for that.

Come one, be serious. I have nothing to do with this account anymore as per our South African law, so please get my name cleared, if I am listed at once and send me proof there off.
