All we want is your money, BUT we wnt give you ser

On the 26th January i lodged a claim with Nedbank insurance: C***, and i sent through all the documents as requested. To date considering that i always inquire to check how far the claim is,I get a new turn around time. In the process we are being frustrated by a plumber who has done his job.When they take money from us its okay but when we request for service from them its a problem! ***
