All the documents has been submitted

Good day

My father passed away on the 26/12/2020. We submitted all the documents requested on the funeral claim form. I called you on saturday and i was told that all supporting documents has been submitted, I called you again today and the lady told me we need to submit the burial order and notification of death. These documents are not on the check list.

The checklist clearly state that we need to submit: A completed funeral calim form, certified copy of the claimant's I.D, certified copy of the deceased I.D, Certified copy of the death Certificate, Proof of banking details of the claimant, Copy of the BI-1663, funeral parlour invoice.

Why are you treating us like this. We going through a dificult time, we submitted every document requested on your claimform checklist yet you giving us the run around
