All that trouble for nothing from Nedbank

I app**** for a personal loan, I went through the entire process, and I was offered a loan of R92K, I requested the amount of R30k and proceeded. I signed everything and received all the documents and contracts. I sent all my documents. I had to email my documents twice even and no calls at all from Nedbank, after all that I get an sms to say the loan was declined and I don't even deserve a phone call so that someone can explain to me why. I think its because my salary has only been paid into my account for 1 month, despite that I have other statements to prove I have been getting a salary, I have 14 months worth of pay slips to prove I am getting a salary but nothing from Nedbank. so clearly you are not interested in my business, I am just a number to you, you cant even call me like a human, you just let the automated system decline me, because of 1 little thing that I don't see what the problem is because as long as you get your cash and I am still employed what does it matter which account my salary USED to get paid into.
