All i want is an email statement

Please advise if it is not my legal right to receive a statement for record of account for an account which has been handed over to Blakes Maphanga Attorneys. They (Blakes) have advised me that neither they nore yourselves will send statements if an account has been handed over, and I have to call them every time for a balance? What planet do these people think im living on? I have every right to keep a record of account. I want my monthly statements via email so please sort this out as soon as is possible as I am making cash deposits which should reflect immediately.
