All banks just seem to be unreliable

Trying to get an amount reversed on my account. Nedbank keeps disconnecting me online.. I'm tired of chatting online and no one follows up. It does not mean that you use your card that you have authorized all transactions. Why is it such a struggle. I waited in the branch queue just to be advised that I need to call the Nedbank Call Centre
