Aggressive consultant

Just had a really bad experience at the zewenwacht branch, I requested to speak to the manager as I came 1 minute late when collecting my business bank card. One of the consultants at the door pushed me out with her shoulder this can be seen on the camera as they have cameras. If this is the service or training Nedbank gives her employees , what if I retaliated. Should each banker not act professional
