Agents keep on cutting the call

I sent a sendi imali Dec 28 2019 and the person doesn’t have access to the cellphone, the amount still hasn’t reversed back to my account. I have called Nedbank three times today and the agents keep on cutting the call. I haven’t even had account for two weeks and problems have stated already really disappointed.
