************** against Service animal - denied access

I went to the Lakeview office today to pick up my daughter's ID from home affairs and my Service animal was denied access. This is **************! I was not even asked for any information and the security guards did not even listen to me or acknowledge my request, I was just told by them that it's Nedbank's rule!

I had to leave my Service animal (that I have for mental health and reasons) in the hot car outside!
