Again no tax certificates

Again no tax certificates Every year we get our tax certificate from all other banks, medical aids and so on way before the end of June. Every year Nedbank is the only bank that don't have our tax certificates ready.

Nedbank, my problem isn't with the branch, it's with Nedbank. Our branch can't help us. Why is Nedbank the only company we struggle year after year to get our new certificates? Nedbank, are you aware that the tax return season start the 1st of July, and not somewhere in July. Hope to get my tax cerificate very soon.
