Again no tax certificates

<p>Every year we get our tax certificate from all other banks, medical aids and so on before the end of June.<br />Every year Nedbank is the only bank that don't have our tax certificates ready.</p> <p>Nedbank, my problem isn't with the branch, it's with Nedbank. Our branch can't help us. Why is Nedbank the only company we struggle year after year to get our new certificates?<br />Nedbank, are you aware that the tax return season start the 1st of July, and not somewhere in July.</p> <p>Hope to receive our Tax certificates before Thursday.<br />Thanking you in advance.</p>
