After paying up my credit card Nothing was done to clear my name

I made a payment towards my credit card on the 9 November 2022. Till today they could tell me they are not picking it up.I called in today on the 4th of January 2023 and a lady told me my payment is reflecting and the account was closed on the 9th of November 2022. Now since they closed it they never removed my name from credit bereue and they ddnt even bother to send me a paid up letter for the past two months.i have been sending them my proof of payment and they never bother to assist me with clearing my name nedbank ur service is very poor I will never refer anyone to your services
