After death we still paying?

<p>I would like to know the following. My father bought a car a few years ago? My parents are not married COP. 3 months ago, my father passed away. My mom was informed that she is liable for all the payments left on the vehicle. Being in her 60's she was not aware of credit life she has paying the last 3 months? What on earth is going on? Why is my mother still liable for payment if there is credit life on the vehicle? If they married ANC? When she contacted nedbank in the passed she was informed she needs to pay the vehicle, even though my father passed away. This is really sick, she is a pensioner for heavens sake! </p>
