Address Change on bank statements

Nedbank is struggeling now for 6 months to get my address changed on my bank statements. For Visa purposes the address must be correct. There seems to be incompetency on their side. I had the same problem in 2019 until I wrote a review on Hello Peter. So I hope this review helps to get my address changed ASAP.
