***** activities /***** theft

i am dealing with two consultants who said they will stop the account as it was ***** after the investagations but i am still being debited . I am referring back to the email which was sent to me on the 30th I was that the account will be closed since it was a *****ulent account however I got debited again by Nedbank an amount of R210.00 today with the ref debit order nedcard 3768******* and last month I was debited R210.00 which was not refunded back to me please advise cos now its ruining my credit score and also my finances please reply asap .
