Active bank account after 15 years stopped using

I had a bank account at Nedbank 2011 which I stopped using it 2013 now on the 18 of February 2025 I went for a school stamps in seven banks to prove if I have an account to my surprise I was told my account was still active I owe R700 bank charges when I ask for bank statement I was told I must download a bank app which I did but not successful to log in the consultant told me my account was inactive I must deposit R800 to get a statement my problem is I don't have the card & account number anymore , without a bank statement I won't even know it is my bank account I'm depositing money in, I have sent an email to customer care they said they will come back to me it's now 2 weeks still waiting for a bank statement for my daughter's school.
