Active account not valid

Had a bad experience with Nedbank after each transaction my account "Credit and Cheque" needs to be validate fica, if I don't use the card for 2 more days I cannot do a transaction without going to the branch, I went to Centurion, The Grove and Denlyn and up to now the problem has eversince not been resolved. I wrote a complaint 3weeks ago up to now no responds, after alot of consideration I've decided not to move my insurance with them due to lack of service.
