ACCOUNTS OPENED BUT PENDING

I opened two Nedbank 4me accounts for my kids on my Nedbank app. The cards got delivered however on the app both accounts still say pending activation. I spoke to one of the consultants on the app and he promised to follow up because according to him it needed to be sent for FICA. I asked him if I needed to come in to a branch and he said no, It should update within 3-5 working days. It has now been a week and still is not active. Can someone please assist.
