Accounts blocked without an explanation leading to unused money and frustration for an account holder

Im utterly annoyed by the fact that nedbank has blocked my accounts and I cannot transact and move money over 60k from main account to investment. I went Wonderpark on Thursday 12 Feb to conclude Fica verification physical. Now im stuck in using my account and money, i was promised that the block would be removed within 24 hours. Now, no call or email stating reasons why nedbank blocked my account after i have done the physical verification process. Im annoyed and honestly want to close the account once and for all. This is rediculous and unnecessary. Can my accounts be operated tomorrow by 12midday otherwise im walking to a branch to close the accounts fully and withdraw my money. Its so unreasonable and unprofessional for a bank tjis big to not even send an email stating what is going on with my accounts and money blocked i need to pay my daughters school fees due on the 17th February 2025, nowi look like a **** at school if the payment does not go through. Shame on Nedbank!
