Account Verification Fail

Can someone please check if my cell number is linked to your system for account verification?

Every time i contact the contact centre for account or home loan queries, they first send a message to the phone number to be accepted to verify it's the same person. I NEVER GET THESE MESSAGES, which results in me having to go into branch to get things done.
