Account temporarily closed/restricted for FICA

The bank out of nowhere decided to temporarily close/restrict my account,can't use withdraw or deposit money into it,today is the 25th was suposed to get paid,but nothing came through,when I called them I was told nothing can be done and that I should go to a branch to sort out my Fica issues,no SMS or any communication was sent prior to my account being restricted or temporarily closed,really not impressed with this because had I been far from home and needed to access money in my account I would have been stranded way more than I am now
