Account suspension

I Emmah seoki have a suspended account with Nedbank is been 3 weeks now I have been calling and going to the branch on several occasions without any clarity or call from Nedbank or call from any investigators of Nedbank , I am an honest young business lady age 22 making an honest income I therefore dnt understand why would Nedbank treat me in this way reference number ***1 my id no *** I will appreciate if I can get clarity of this suspension cause the is my hard earned cash in this account
