Account still blocked, fica!!!!

Im seriously very unhappy with Nedbank.

Last year Dec i received a sms that i have to Fica at the branch, which i did on the 23rd. On the 3rd of January my account has been suspended due to fica failure, i went back to the other branch, when they told me the first guy at the branch on the 23rd didnt submit my documents!

Noe please tell me, how am i suppose to survive without money, and my small daughters?

I will tell everyone what bad service this is and i will also move my account as soon as it is unblocked!

This is unacceptable! This is now day 6!!!!!!
