Account Settlement not provided. - ***

May you please assist urgently as we have had very bad experience with Nedbank Home Loans for account ***, the account belongs to my mother in-law and we have sent Nedbank Home Loans several emails relating to the settlement of this account since my wife (Mpho Molaba - ***) holds the executorship for her mother's estate wanting to know how much is the settlement so we can be able to settle this account without losing the house.

After phoning so many times and sending several emails, still no response from Nedbank home loans. I am so disappointed by Nedbank with this type of service since is regarded as a very big organization that I also once worked for.
