ACCOUNT SETTLED , NO PAID UP LETTER NOR ANY COMMUNICATION

I had a personal loan with Nedbank which I have settled however the account is still not closed. The third party (Smith - Smith Attorneys ) said that Nedbank is supposed to clear the account and issue a paid up letter. I have not received any communication from Nedbank as to what is going on and this is frustrating.
