Account reported in arrears with the Transunion

I have a personal load with the bank, however i am not banking with them. I transfer the funds to the current account for Nedbank to deduct funds. The payment date is the 28th of each month and last month the funds were paid on the 2nd of November and they have reported that I'm 30days in arrears but on the statement the payment is reflecting. Kindly rectify my account as that will affect my credit score.
