Account prescribed but a lot of stories from NEDBANK

Allegedly I had an account with Nedbank few years ago. However I received an e-mail from Ben Mogale from Bankcol, informing me that I must pay the account. I informed him that the account has been prescribed as per act 68 of 1969. I counter back that there was a judgement obtained against my name in 2018/01/12. Now if you read the act carefully you will see that if the account has been prescribed that no Judgement can be obtained against your name for that specific account.

So in other words, if you go back to your archives then you will see that this account was infact prescribed before then. So please remove my name form all ITC'S within 24 hours or I will take this matter further.

I am fed up for companies like you that think you can do just what you want to. Also Note: I AM NOT GOING TO FORWARD YOU ANY OF MY PROOF WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!

The Ball is now in Nedbank's court, so get this sorted out.

My next step will be all the mayor newspapers as well as social media. Do not test me, Like I said I am fed up!!!!!!!!!!
