Account Prescribed according to Act 68 of 1969

I had a account, personal loan, with Nedbank a few years ago. I have send them plenty e-mails that this account are prescribed and that they must please remove my name from the ITC. I got no response. Even when the call center agents phone me I informed them of the latter. Then I get a response, eish what is that? This is not acceptable. The same must apply on the credit card I had with Nedbank as well. I want my name to be removed from the ITC at once and I want a letter stating it. I give you 3 working days to do so. I am not sending in requests in order for you to do something. I want it done asap. If you state otherwise then I want all the proof where I made arrangements ext., via e-mail. With date stamps to prove it.
