Account Pending Activation due to FICA verification

My account has been on hold for God knows how long and this is due to Fica verification, I have been using this account for more than 15 years but now I cant access my app, I cant use my funds but is still get debited, I have sent all my FICA docs and still nothing is done, they keep escalating my query and no one is providing me with feedback, even worse I am a private clients card holder but honestly its the same as if I had the normal debit order because there is nothing special about being a private client except that you pay more for services that you wont even get nor enjoy, communication is BAD, service is Worse, and contractability is a nightmare, some agents become emotional as if they own Nedbank, I am a very angry client in fact an ex client I will never use Nedbank nor advise anyone I know to use it, I am totally ****ed as ****.,,your angriest soon to be ex-client Sihle Nonca.
