Account Opening FICA issues

I would like to give 5 stars to Wandile Gumede from Nedbank Call Centre and Lethabo Ntsimane from Nedbank Lakeside Mall. I opened the account online and it was blocked due to FICA, everyone I had contact with didn't see it until Lethabo helped me and assisted me with FICA and Wandile assisted with the escalation for block to be removed, I love how they kept me aware of the process of FICA from start to finish, even called me to let me until the account was unblocked. That's the most excellent service I had, I wish I saw them the first time I went to the Branch and the first time I called the Call Centre, my account would have been resolved in 2 days as it took the 2 days to resolve it and at that time I was about to close my account.
