Account on hold

I currently have a business account with nedbank and its on hold due to Fica verification. the past few days i have been sent from one consultant to another. I have emailed all the documents and still the account is not open. all I'm asking is that they transfer my funds to my other external bank account and they can close their account. I can not make any business transactions de to this and all I'm getting from them is that they are still busy with the matter, at some stage i was informed to speak to the person that opened my business account and I'm still not being helped. what's so annoying is that no communication was made that i need to Fica the account it was just placed on hold .
