Account not converted

Last year I went to the Belhar branch to change my Go Banking account to a Savvy account to reduce my bank charges

The consultant assured me that the change was made

Imagine my suprise when I received a new card recently and found that it is still a GoBanking account

Please can someone help me convert this account!
