Account not being debited for Home Contents insurance and it is a nightmare!!!

I am honestly at my wits end with Nedgroup. I have a home contents insurance with Nedbank and for my two months my Capitec bank account is not being debited and am now 2 months in arrears. I called the call centre yesterday in which the agent confirmed that she has actioned another debit order to go off my account at night and guess what? My account is still not being debited!!! I don’t know even I should cancel my policy with Nedbank and go external at this point. P01PL***2
