Account limited due to FICA issue

For almost a week now I have not been able to access my money, there is apparently a FICA issue, even though after numerous phone calls and visits to Nedbank to re-FICA my account, the issue is still unresolved and no one can tell me what the issue is. How am I supposed to get by without access to my money? I've been a client for almost 20 years, and this is what I get in return, disgusting!
