northgate mall poor service my father inlaw account was blocked in august due to *****. we approached nedbank branch on the 30th december 2024 and the sent an email to unsuspend the account with no joy. today its the 2nd and still no joy. how does one get help as ntombi from northgate mall sent an email and they said it will take 24 hours but still no joy. my father in law is Mr Makhuvha *** id number ***
