Account handed over

You are an ************ banking institution! I have closed all other account and have had only two pending accounts- a credit card and loan facility which I have made payment arrangements for them. Now you have an account that you have handed over for R1173.39 which I have NO idea what its about. I would like you to clarify what this is about and how do I owe you this amount.
