Account frozen with NO warning and no response from Small Business

At the end of May I tried to transfer funds from my small business account to my credit card to make payment but was blocked as my account was frozen due to FICA non compliance. I had received no notice of lack of compliance so this was a surprise. I immediately wrote to my small business banker who has not rep**** despite 4 emails. Nedbank however is happy to charge me interest on the credit card account despite our inability to pay due to frozen accounts through no fault of ours. I would liek to know from small business banking what is required to get the account unfrozen and any interest charged reversed. Hopefully I will have more success here than through the small business desk at Nicol Crossing branch
