Account frozen no support or warning

I was told to go to my branch i did so last week with everything they wanted and still the accounts frozen, I wasn't even warned that it would be frozen cause i withdrew R9000 from it. I have no money at all this is the worst service ever. Looking to close my account as soon as i can get my money out of the bank. I can only respond to emails now.
