Account frozen indefinately

Hello I received two payments on my account on the 13th of this month but nedbank froze my account. The payment came from an fnb client. I cannot access it and all communications with the bank have been futile.

I hope that my account is opened asap since my business is on a down slope. I believe nedbank should advise on what I should do for my account to be activated.
