Account Frozen / FICA

Nedbank has frozen my Business Bank account after on the 29th of August. I received a SMS on the 28th of August , stating outstanding FICA docs. Please visit your nearest branch. I visited the "nearest branch" After almost 2 hours they still could not tel me what is outstanding. Remember this is on Month end. Staff to be paid , suppliers etc. I then called the call center and the way they handled the situation made the 'nearest branch"look like professionals. I then phoned the customer complains / promises line. The very help full promise boy on the other side confirmed that there are no outstanding requirements . Well exactly two weeks later and the account still frozen.
