Account frozen

I am so disappointed with the service I have been getting from this bank. I am tired of back and forth phones calls and going to the branch. In October my account was frozen and I was asked to bring FICA documents which I did several times however my account is still frozen they keep saying there are documents missing, now it feels like the documents will miss until i give and they take the money that was in my account. It’s funny how someone in the bank advised that there was a form that I was supposed to fill after giving them my documents but that never happened and now it’s my fault. Are the consultants trained to not give us those forms so that the bank can take our hard earned money. All I want is my money and close the account, no one is giving me the heads up on what's happening. I'm fed up!
