Account Frozen
I had opened a student account a while back, but was not told that because of the type of account, if more than R5000 was deposited or transferred, the account would be frozen.
Last week I had received bursary funds, and purchased books and transferred money without any hassels. Today my account is frozen, and became frozen without any warning or notification. This had resulted in me being incredibly embarrassed at a till when my card was declined. As a result, I have no access to my money. This is incredibly inconvenient being a student, living far from home.
