Account flagged with no access

We opened a club account with Nedbank infact we have two of them. Our second account seemed to have Fica issues. Fine signatories went in and it was done. Now all of a sudden we couldn't deposit into the account. This has been ongoing since May. When we went in to try and withdraw the money we were told now in July that the account is still flagged and no money can be withdrawn from it. The complaint was closed by someone at Nedbank as they can no longer assist after couple of months of being in contact with me. I am seriously disappointed at the service considering we have been using Nedbank for years now. I would have thought this could have gone smoothly if they value us.
