Good day

I have an account with Nedbank, now I found a new job and was able to pull my proof of account via the app & submitted to the employer. Now when I went to the pretoria CBD branch to inquire, only to find that the account has been closed and was advised to open a new account. Now the employer has paid my salary, off which I don't have access to my funds now.

How do you even allow your app to pull documents, for closed accounts?
