ACCOUNT DE-ACTIVATED WITH NO NOTIFICATION

My cheque account with Nedbank was suddenly de-activated with NO notification. On phoning the call centre they told me FICA docs were required and they NORMALLY send an sms. I NEVER received one. I went to Hillcrest branch on Wednesday afternoon with passport and ID. Was told it would be processed overnight. Thursday I still had no access to my bank account. I called the call centre several times and could not resolve the issue. Kept being told it is still processing. Now Friday morning and STILL have no access to my bank account. Cant swipe my card or draw money or have any access to my funds. PENDING ACTIVATION. This is absolutely unacceptable service and has caused me so much stress.
