Account closure process and balance enquiry

Good day,

On my last request which I logged they (Staff @ Nedbank) advised me to follow the account closure process (however they never advised me as to what the process is or who to consult regarding the process. I would simply like to close my nedbank credit card mastercard. I have also received an sms earlier this week telling me that I am over due with R215.56 when I paid more than R15000.00 over the last month to settle my entire outstanding balance.
