Account Closure

I closed my Current account on the 15th of February and I went directly to the branch “Table bay Nedbank “to close it..the lady that assisted me took the current card and destroyed it. To my surprise the account was not closed,I tried to contact the branch directly and I was told they no longer have direct line so they gave me the managers number which seems not to be working.
