Account closure and poor Internet banking

Very disgusting. I went to close account and 5 days later account is still open. went back again and still 5 days later with makes it 10 days account is still open and now they charged service fee marking account as negative impacting credit score!!!

After that, they have new website without features to see beneficiary history, you can only see last payment. Worse case if i forget login details i have to go to branch. I went to branch and still they fail to change my username
