account closure

I app**** for a nedbank savy plus account and i have being charged the service fee for the last four months however i am unable to use the services for the monthly fee since i was not issued with a bank card , i contacted the client services and they advised that they cannot assist me to cancel the account the fees are building up on the account although i can not use the account , i require nedbank to cancel my account with immediate effect and credit me for the months i have being billed
